I wasn't expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did, to be completely honest. After the first few chapters, I was hooked. I didn't want to get out of the car when I got to work and, on the way home, I once sat in the car in the parkade, listening to the rest of the section. Daniel and Lucy have such an incredible story that it made me smile, laugh, and cry. The central concept of the story is the idea that the soul is reincarnated in a new body, but sometimes the soul remembers its previous lives. At first, the idea sounded a bit hokey, but the concept is so well-developed in the book that it's completely believable. Highly, highly recommended for those who love a good love story.
