Map of Love
The storyline was intriguing, narrated by Amal and Isabel, who were going through a trunk filled with journals and letters. The journals and letters belonged to their grandmother and told the story of her romance with an Egyptian man. Sounds fun right? Except that the rest of the book was all Egyptian political history and very hard to follow. Plus, there was lots of Egyptian in the book and I didn't discover the glossary until I was halfway through the book. All in all, an okay book.
